Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
